I am a licensed professional counselor and have been working in the mental health and substance abuse field for 13 years. I am also board approved to provide supervision for other LPCs that are under supervision for their LPC licensure. My focus and goals are to work with those that have been impacted by trauma, mental health, addictions (including gambling), codependency, self-esteem, life transitions, and interpersonal/relationship issues. I am a certified clinical trauma professional level 2, EMDR trained, Seeking Safety trained, gambling trained (soon to be certified) with years of experience in many modalities. I have a client centered, trauma informed, multifaceted, and eclectic approach. All my therapy is individualized to you and your needs. I am accepting new clients virtually and eventually will take in person appointments. I currently am accepting Self Pay, BCBS, United Health, Cigna, Medicare, and Health Choice; however, I will be taking others in the near future. One last thing, please look at the times and dates available for your free initial consultation call, if you do not see a time or date that works for you, please message, email, or call me. I will do my best to work with you and find a time that works for both of us.
